目的:了解广东口岸入境废物原料病原微生物污染状况,分析入境废物原料中病原微生物对口岸环境卫生造成的危害。方法:采集入境废物原料和口岸环境样品,按照国标等方法对样品分别进行菌落总数、霉菌总数、肠道菌群数、沙门菌、志贺菌、致泻大肠埃希菌O157、霍乱弧菌、金葡菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、副溶血弧菌、空肠弯曲菌的计数与鉴定。结果:检测入境废物原料样品77批次,检出鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌1株、金葡菌15株、绿脓杆菌3株、沙门菌1株、志贺菌1株。检测口岸环境样品共85批,检出金黄色葡萄球菌6株、绿脓杆菌1株。结论:广东口岸入境废物原料中病原微生物污染程度较高,对口岸环境卫生也造成了危害。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of pathogenic microorganisms in imported waste materials in Guangdong port and to analyze the harm caused by pathogenic microorganisms in imported waste materials to the environmental health in ports. Methods: Inbound waste materials and environmental samples were collected. According to GB method, the total number of colonies, the total number of molds, the number of intestinal flora, Salmonella, Shigella, diarrhea induced Escherichia coli O157, Vibrio cholerae, Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus cereus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Campylobacter jejuni count and identification. Results: 77 batches of samples of incoming waste materials were detected, 1 Burkholderia sinicae, 15 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 3 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 1 strain of Salmonella and 1 strain of Shigella were detected. A total of 85 batches of environmental samples were tested at the port, 6 of which were Staphylococcus aureus and 1 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion: The contamination of pathogenic microorganisms in imported waste materials in Guangdong Port is relatively high, which also brings harm to the environmental hygiene of ports.
