目的:了解门诊处方的质量情况,根据不合格处方的调查分析,促进我院门诊更加安全、有效、合理的用药为目的。方法:随机抽取门诊处方1 447张,从中挑选出不合格处方,进行统计并加以分析。结果:不合格处方252张,不合格率为17.4%。结论:不合格处方是由医师的专业漏洞引起的。药师应提高药学综合性知识,才能指导临床合理用药。
Objective: To understand the quality of outpatient prescriptions, according to the investigation and analysis of substandard prescriptions to promote our hospital outpatient safer, effective and reasonable medication for the purpose. Methods: 1 447 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from which unqualified prescriptions were selected for statistical analysis. Results: 252 failed prescriptions, the failure rate was 17.4%. Conclusion: Nonconformity prescriptions are caused by physician’s professional loopholes. Pharmacists should improve the comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy, in order to guide clinical rational use of medicine.
