现有职教集团典型的模式有两种:政府主导型和学校主导型;校企合作的典型运行机制有行政—计划式、指导—服务式和监督—服务式三种。通过分析职教集团组建模式和校企合作的组织特点、合作基础、合作目的和利益分配,以及职教集团中校企合作的运行实践,得出政府主导型与行政—计划式相匹配,学校主导型与指导—服务式和监督—服务式相匹配的结论。
There are two typical modes of the existing vocational education group: government-led and school-led; the typical operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation includes three types: administrative-planning, guidance-service and supervision-service.
