采用带胸骨舌骨肌蒂舌骨移植治疗瘢痕性喉狭窄１２例，术后１１例拔管，１例移植骨坏死未能拔管。并就瘢痕性喉狭窄的预防等进行讨论。
Twelve cases of cicatricial laryngeal stenosis were treated with sternal hyoid muscle hyoid bone graft, 11 cases were extubated after operation, and 1 case of osteonecrosis of the graft failed to extubation. And to discuss the prevention of cicatricial laryngeal stenosis.
