实验性大肠癌动物模型是研究大肠癌的病因、预防、早期诊断和治疗的重要工具。本文拟通过内窥镜动态观察 DMH 诱发大鼠大肠癌的方式探讨早期大肠癌的形态变化及进展方式,并通过病理组织学方法探讨不同剂量 DMH 对大肠平坦粘膜内不典型增生腺体所产生的影响,进一步证实平坦粘膜内不典型增生腺体是大肠癌癌前期病变。
The experimental animal model of colorectal cancer is an important tool for studying the cause, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. This article intends to investigate the morphological changes and progression patterns of early colorectal cancer through endoscopic observation of DMH-induced colorectal cancer in rats, and to investigate the effect of different doses of DMH on the development of large intestine flattened mucosal atypical hyperplasia glands by pathological histology. The influence further confirmed that the flat mucosal atypical hyperplasia gland is a precancerous lesion of colorectal cancer.
