从京唐2号高炉的生产实践出发,通过研究中心加焦量的变化和与之相对应的炉况变化,深入分析了中心加焦量对高炉冶炼的影响。实践表明,中心加焦量增大到20%~25%时,炉况明显恶化,煤气利用率降低,炉顶温度升高,燃料比升高,炉缸活跃度降低;而中心加焦量稳定在10%~12%,炉况明显好转,煤气利用率达48%~49%,焦炭负荷5.6以上。
Based on the production practice of Jingtang No. 2 blast furnace, the influences of the center coke amount on the blast furnace smelting are deeply analyzed through the changes of the research focus and the changes of the furnace conditions. Practice shows that, when the center’s coke amount increases to 20% ~ 25%, the furnace condition obviously deteriorates, the gas utilization rate decreases, the furnace top temperature increases, the fuel ratio increases and the hearth activity decreases; In 10% ~ 12%, the furnace conditions improved significantly, gas utilization rate of 48% to 49%, coke load 5.6 above.
