近几年来,我国理论界对家族企业的争论十分活跃,大多数人认为,家族制是民营企业走向强大的桎梏。我们认为,我国的家族企业具有其独特的优势,这从浙江民营经济的迅猛发展可以得到明证。而且在目前《财富》杂志评选出的全球500强中有40%左右的企业是家族企业,在全世界企业中家族企业也占多数。因此,我们认为我国家族企业只要解决决策层的人力资源管理问题,家族企业仍将具有强大的生命力。基于这一观点,本文对此问题进行探讨。
In recent years, the controversy over family business in China's theorist circles has been very active. Most people think that the family-based system is a powerful moratorium for private-owned enterprises. In our opinion, the family-owned enterprises in our country have their own unique advantages. This is evidenced by the rapid development of the private economy in Zhejiang. Forty percent of Fortune 500 companies in the Fortune magazine are now family-owned businesses and a majority of family-owned businesses in the world. Therefore, we think that as long as the family-owned enterprises in our country solve the problem of human resource management at the decision-making level, the family-owned enterprises will still have strong vitality. Based on this view, this article explores this issue.
