随着社会的不断发展和进步,技术院校的教学管理越来越被社会所重视,一般技师学院就读的学生都来源于偏远的山区或者高考落榜的学生,生源质量和数量要落后于其他高校,这些学生的就学质量直接关系到今后他们的前途和发展。技师学院中班主任在学校的行政管理方面发挥重要作用,在班主任的督导下不仅可以帮助学生顺利的完成技师学院的学习,还有利于他们形成良好的行为习惯,树立正确的人生观价值观。本文主要探究技师学院班主任管理与教学的几点工作策略。
With the continuous development and progress of society, teaching management in technical colleges and universities is paid more and more attention to by society. Students enrolled in general technician colleges come from remote mountainous areas or students who fail the college entrance examination. The quality and quantity of students are lagging behind other colleges and universities The quality of these students is directly related to their future and development. Under the guidance of the teacher in charge, the headteacher in the technician school plays an important role in the administration of the school.
