细胞生长受到各种生长因子及其在细胞表面相应受体的调节。上皮生长因子(E(?))与特定的细胞表面受体相互作用之后对多种人体细胞有刺激分化和增殖的作用。在某些恶性肿瘤中常可见到EGF受体的结构异常和数量增加,过度烟酒嗜好患者的口腔粘膜细胞EGF受体数量也有增加。这些事实表明EGF受体对某些恶性肿瘤的发生和发展有重要作用。顺铂的抗肿瘤作用主要是破坏DNA链,此外亦能使附有EGF受体的细胞膜发生改变。为了深入了解顺铂的这种作用,作者用人喉鳞状细胞癌株(HLac79)作实验。将同一株的癌细胞放在三种不同条件下培养,第一培养液中不加顺铂,
Cell growth is regulated by various growth factors and their corresponding receptors on the cell surface. Epidermal growth factor (E(?)) interacts with specific cell surface receptors to stimulate the differentiation and proliferation of many human cells. In some malignancies, structural abnormalities and numbers of EGF receptors are often observed. The number of EGF receptors in the oral mucosal cells of patients with excessive alcohol and tobacco habits also increases. These facts indicate that the EGF receptor plays an important role in the occurrence and development of certain malignant tumors. The anti-tumor effect of cisplatin is mainly to destroy the DNA strand and also to change the cell membrane with the EGF receptor. To gain insight into this role of cisplatin, the authors used human larval squamous cell carcinoma (HLac79) as an experiment. The same strain of cancer cells was cultured under three different conditions. No cisplatin was added to the first culture fluid.
