[目的]研究杂交粳稻的制种高产配套技术。[方法]别通过手插秧播期试验、机插播期试验、喷施不同剂量多效唑化控试验、割叶试验、赤霉酸不同剂量处理试验和父母本不同行比试验,对影响杂交粳稻制种的关键技术进行深入研究。[结果]随着播种期的推迟,播始历期明显缩短;亲本机插种植的播期应比手插种植方式适当提早3~4d为宜。采用在秧苗喷多效唑有明显的控制株高的作用,多效唑用量应该根据不同亲本对多效唑的敏感性,施用600~900g/hm2为宜;割叶措施对提高结实率有一定的作用;杂交粳稻亲本赤霉素用量为75~90g/hm2为宜;母本与父本的行比以6∶2的配置产量较高。[结论]该研究为杂交粳稻制种产量的提高奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the hybrid seed production techniques of high yielding japonica hybrid rice. [Method] Do not pass the sowing date of sowing seedling, the machine sowing period test, spraying different doses of paclobutrazol chemical control test, cutting leaf test, different doses of gibberellic acid and different ratio experiments of parents, The key technologies for further research. [Result] As the sowing period was postponed, the sowing period was obviously shortened. The sowing date of the progeny machine should be 3 ~ 4 days earlier than that of hand planting. The effect of applying paclobutrazol on the plant height was obviously controlled by the application of paclobutrazol. The application rate of paclobutrazol should be 600 ~ 900g / hm2 depending on the sensitivity of different parents to the paclobutrazol. The cutting measures could improve the seed setting rate. The japonica hybrid rice Gibberellin dosage of 75 ~ 90g / hm2 is appropriate; maternal and paternal row ratio to 6: 2 configuration yield higher. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the increase of hybrid rice seed production.
