采用土—砂根际袋联合培养,研究控制条件下土壤施硒对水稻根表铁膜形成,水稻生长以及对硒、汞吸收的影响.结果表明:土壤中施加低质量分数硒(1.0mg/kg)能促进根表铁膜形成,施加高质量分数硒(8.0mg/kg)反而抑制了根表铁膜的形成.无论施汞与否,硒对水稻生长都没有显著影响,说明施硒对水稻的生长没有产生毒害作用.硒能抑制水稻根表铁膜对汞的吸附,能显著降低水稻对汞的吸收和累积,随着硒处理浓度的增加,水稻根部、茎、叶、稻壳和稻米中汞的含量均显著下降.
