体育课选项分层教学是学生根据自己的兴趣、爱好,对运动项目进行选项,在选项教学班中依据学生的体育基础、身体素质和运动能力上的差异实行分层教学。本文主要采用文献资料法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法、教学实验法等方法,并对收集到的实验数据进行了数理统计与分析,在分析了相关的分层教学理论的基础上,具体探讨了分层教学的实验操作程序和实施策略,并做了相关的效果分析。
Physical Education Lesson Hierarchical Teaching is based on the students’ interests and hobbies, and carries out the selection of sports items. In the optional teaching class, the students are stratified according to their sports foundation, physical fitness and athletic ability. In this paper, the methods of literature review, classroom observation, questionnaire survey and teaching experiment are mainly used in this paper. Mathematical statistics and analysis of the collected experimental data are carried out. Based on the analysis of the related stratified teaching theory, Layered teaching experimental procedures and implementation strategies, and did a related effect analysis.
