用激光共聚焦显微镜的细胞"CT"、双重荧光标记、全自动图像分析及全自动摄影等技术研究鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z体外增殖和凋亡时核DNA和胞质微丝的分布,获得了高质量图像,显示了不同光切面核DNA的变化、胞质微丝的分布、核与胞质微丝间的相互关系以及胞核DNA三维空间结构,为研究鼻咽癌细胞增殖和凋亡时核DNA与胞质做丝的形态结构提供了一个新的方法。
