电子元器件引线软钎焊性的优劣,不仅影响到电子整机的可靠性,而且影响到现代化大生产和元器件的出口,是关系到电子产品的高可靠、长寿命和低成本的关键因素之一。国内的整机厂对元器件引线在焊前所进行的“刮腿”和“二次搪锡”,每年要给国家造成七千万元的经济损失,因而引起各方面的关注。近几年来对可焊性问题的技术攻关,已取得了可喜的成果,许多单位提出了一些有益的措施和建议,为提高我国电子产品的质量打下了良好的基础。在这项技术攻关任务中,我们接受了电子工业部下达的科研任务,针对影响引线软钎焊性的因素进行了一系列研究工作,就引线软钎焊性不良

In recent years, tackling the problem of solderability has yielded gratifying results. Many units have put forward some beneficial measures and suggestions, laying a good foundation for improving the quality of China’s electronic products. In this key technical task, we have accepted the scientific research mission issued by the Ministry of Electronics Industry and carried out a series of research work on the factors influencing lead solderability.
