超高层建筑施工周期较长,施工过程中结构力学性能不断发生变化。为研究超高层结构施工过程中的变形和应力规律,以天津泰安道五号院为背景,对结构进行施工全过程监测,得到结构在施工过程的变形和应力数据。建立了考虑施工过程的有限元模型,综合施工模拟数据与监测数据对竖向变形及应力发展规律进行分析。研究结果表明:施工过程中结构竖向变形随施工进度稳定增长;竖向变形差和关键构件应力在整体变化规律和极值上吻合较好;构件应力水平较低,安全储备较高,证明了泰安道五号院施工方案的合理性。
The construction period of super high-rise buildings is long, and the structural mechanical properties of the super-tall buildings keep changing. In order to study the deformation and stress law during the construction of super high-rise building, taking the construction of No. 5 Tai’an Road in Tianjin as the background, the entire construction process was monitored and the deformation and stress data of the structure during construction were obtained. The finite element model considering the construction process is established, and the vertical deformation and stress development rules are analyzed based on the comprehensive construction simulation data and monitoring data. The results show that the vertical deformation of the structure increases steadily with the progress of construction; the vertical deformation difference and the stress of the key component are in good agreement with the overall variation rule; the stress level of the component is low and the safety reserve is high, The rationality of the construction scheme of Tai’an Road No. 5 hospital
