研究了淬火温度对内六角扳手硬度和扭矩的影响。结果表明:在820~900℃,随着淬火温度的增加,硬度、扭矩、倾角变形、弯角变形均逐渐增大。在880℃淬火时,硬度为53.1 HRC,扭矩为14.48 N·m,倾角变形为0.94°,弯角变形为1.92°,具有优良的综合性能。这是最佳的热处理工艺,在该工艺下淬火后的显微组织是马氏体组织。
The effect of quenching temperature on the hardness and torque of the Allen wrench was studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the hardness, torque, inclination angle and corner deformation increase gradually at 820-900 ℃. When quenched at 880 ° C, the hardness was 53.1 HRC, the torque was 14.48 N · m, the dip deformation was 0.94 ° and the bending angle was deformed to 1.92 °, showing excellent overall performance. This is the best heat treatment process, the microstructure after quenching in this process is martensite.
