对于颍汝灌区这种大型灌区,农业高效用水问题是一个复杂的系统工程。多年来的实践证明:影响渠灌农业高效用水的因素很多,要建立一个切实可行的农业高效用水模式,必须从影响渠灌类型区农业高效用水的几个主要环节着手。目前,影响颍汝灌区农业高效用水的几个主要环节是:输水过程、灌水过程、灌区用水管理过程以及与高效用水密切相关的农田耕作和农作物栽培管理等。针对以上问题主要采取对策为:完善相应的技术保障体系,减少灌溉水量的无效浪费和损耗,提高作物对水分的利用效率。
For such a large irrigation area Ying Ru Irrigation District, the problem of agricultural water use efficiency is a complex system engineering. Years of practice have proved that there are many factors affecting the efficient irrigation of irrigation and drainage. To establish a feasible and efficient water use pattern in agriculture, we must start from several major aspects that affect the efficient use of water in irrigation and drainage areas. At present, several main links affecting the efficient agricultural water use in Yingru Irrigation Area are: water conveyance, irrigation process, irrigation water management process and farmland cultivation and crop cultivation management which are closely related to high efficiency water use. In response to the above problems, the countermeasures are mainly to improve the corresponding technical support system, reduce waste and loss of irrigated water, and improve the utilization efficiency of crops to water.
