设计了一种流量可调调节阀,分析了其结构特性和流量特性。流量可调调节阀采用可插式,克服了调节阀流量特性固定的局限性。仿真结果表明,通过选用不同的流量模板,可改变其结构特性,进而改变其流量特性。该调节阀可灵活适用于不同工作要求,有效提高了调节阀的使用效率。
An adjustable flow control valve was designed and its structural characteristics and flow characteristics were analyzed. Adjustable flow control valve pluggable to overcome the fixed flow characteristics of regulating valve limitations. The simulation results show that the structural characteristics can be changed by choosing different flow patterns, and then the flow characteristics can be changed. The control valve can be flexibly applied to different work requirements, effectively improving the efficiency of the control valve.
