将手摇兆欧表地与线路端分别接在硅三极管的c、b极或c、e极,且并联上电压表。以每分钟120圈左右的速度摇兆欧表,这时电压表上的数值即为该管的c、b或c、e极反压。如果是PNP管只要将兆欧表地与线路端对调即可。此方法也适合二极管反压测量。由于兆欧表地与线路端短路时电流才2.5mA,所以测量时不会损坏晶体管或二极管。测电容时将兆欧表正向串联一只高及压二极管,耐压大于500V(防止电容所充的电返回到兆欧表内而损坏兆欧表),再如图连接,高速摇动兆欧表,这时电压表数值会慢慢上升,一直到不上升时为止,这时电压表数值即为该电容耐压值。注意:电容测量后要放电,否则会由于不慎而触电。
