市九次党代会提出“要从思想、组织、作风、制度上全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,以党的建设新成效保证改革发展稳定各项工作的落实。”贯彻落实市九次党代会和九届二次全会精神,充分发挥党组织在企业改革发展中的政治核心作用,就必须加强国企基层党建。
The city’s congress of nine times proposed that “we should comprehensively push forward the great new project of party building in terms of ideology, organization, work style and system and ensure the implementation of various tasks of reform, development, and stability with the new achievements of party building.” The spirit of the 9th Party Congress and the 2nd Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, fully exerting the political central role of party organizations in the reform and development of enterprises, must strengthen the party building at the grassroots level.
