榆次县第一批整风的二十个农业社揭发出来需要处理的地主、富农、反革命分子和坏分子即达一百八十二名,其中应該逮捕的三十三名,判处管制的三十三名,罰款的八名,行政拘捕的十一名,恢复地主、富农成分降为候补社員交社管制生产的五十七名,只斗爭一番的三十五名。我院为了配合农村的全民整风运动,于1957年11月开始至12月医,先后派出了四个巡回法庭,对那些应由法院判处罰款或管制的案件,及时作了处理。經过这一时期的工作,我們有以下几点体会: Twenty-two agricultural cooperatives in Yuci County, the first to rectify the wind, revealed that there were 182 landowners, rich peasants, counter-revolutionaries and bad elements to be dealt with, of which 33 should be arrested and three Thirteen, fined eight, administratively arrested eleven, restored the landowners and the rich peasants to fifty-seven of the battered members and only thirty-five battled by the alternate members.
