目的:探讨PDCA循环方法在医院感染消毒隔离管理中的应用效果。方法:通过比较PDCA循环方法应用前后医院消毒灭菌用品的检查合格情况及感染相关疾病发生情况,来评价医院感染消毒隔离管理中应用PDCA循环方法的科学性。结果:在医院消毒灭菌用品的抽检检查过程中,运用PDCA循环方法之后,消毒用品的合格率有了较为显著的增加,与之前相比,医院内发生感染的发生率有了明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA循环方法应用到医院感染消毒隔离工作中,能有效降低感染的发生,对保证患者治疗效果具有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in the management of hospital infection and disinfection and isolation. Methods: The PDCA circulation method was evaluated to be scientific by comparing the examination qualifications of hospital disinfection and sterilization supplies and the incidence of infection-related diseases before and after the application of PDCA circulation method. Results: During the sampling inspection of the disinfection and sterilization supplies in the hospital, the passing rate of disinfection products increased significantly after using the PDCA circulation method. Compared with the previous cases, the incidence of infection in hospitals was significantly reduced, the difference Significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA circulation method in the hospital infection disinfection and isolation work, can effectively reduce the incidence of infection, to ensure the therapeutic effect of patients with positive significance.
