应用抗T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体对鼠皮肤伤口的愈合进行免疫组织化学研究。结果显示:伤后1d T淋巴细胞即开始向伤口迁移;此后逐渐增多,并于伤后7d达到高峰,然后逐渐减少;随愈合过程的不同,伤口中T淋巴细胞的分布亦有不同。结合已往研究分析:(1)T淋巴细胞向伤口的迁移,及其在伤口内的分布是一功能性过程;(2)T淋巴细胞依据其所分泌的多种淋巴因子参与了伤口愈合的调节。
The anti-T lymphocyte monoclonal antibody was used in immunohistochemistry to study the wound healing in mice. The results showed that T lymphocytes began to migrate to the wound on the 1st day after injury, then gradually increased and reached the peak on the 7th day after injury and then gradually decreased. The distribution of T lymphocytes in wounds varied with the healing process. Combined with previous research and analysis: (1) T lymphocyte migration to the wound and its distribution within the wound is a functional process; (2) T lymphocytes are involved in the regulation of wound healing based on the various lymphokines secreted by them .
