独立学院作为结合公办、民办两种机制优点的高等教育模式,极大的推动了我国高等教育发展。然而,独立学院毕竟脱胎于公办高校,在财务管理方面不可避免的带有事业单位的弊病,隐藏着巨大的经营风险。本文参照企业和事业单位财务管理体系,详细分析当前独立学院财务管理方面存在的问题及其成因,针对性的提出应对之道。
Independent college, as a model of higher education combining the advantages of public-run and private-run institutions, has greatly promoted the development of higher education in our country. However, after all, independent colleges are born out of public colleges and universities, and inevitably bring the defects of public institutions in terms of financial management, hiding huge operational risks. This article refers to the financial management system of enterprises and institutions, and analyzes the problems and causes in current financial management of independent colleges in detail.
