今年5月29日至6月1日,由上海市文化艺术干部学校牵头在沪召开了“文化干部学校(职大)工作研讨会”。来自文化部教育司、中央文化管理干部学院和省、自治区、直辖市的文化艺术干部学校(职工大学)的30余名代表参加了会议。会议交流了前一阶段各校工作的情况,研讨了在社会主义市场经济体制下文干校的生存、改革与发展的问题。现摘要发表部分代表发言并将陆续发表文干校关于在新时期如何搞好教学、教育改革工作的文章。希望有关院校踊跃投稿。
From May 29 to June 1 this year, Shanghai Cultural and Art Cadres School took the lead in holding a seminar on the work of “Cultural Cadres School (Vocational Education)” in Shanghai. More than 30 representatives from the Education Department of the Ministry of Culture, the Central Institute of Culture and Management and the Culture, Arts and Cadre School (Workers’ University) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attended the conference. The meeting exchanged views on the work carried out by various schools in the previous stage and discussed the issue of the existence, reform and development of cadre schools under the socialist market economic system. Some abstracts now give a speech on behalf of some delegates and one after another will publish a paper on how to improve teaching and education reform in the new era.
