本文提出了火电厂循环水系统水力瞬态过渡过程的数值计算方法,并编制计算程序发TQ—16型电子计算机上对典型工程进行了计算分析。文中以特征线法为基础,引入了WH,WB—x水泵全特性曲线,并采用牛顿—莱福笙迭代加快收敛过程。计算中考虑了管道摩阻和水泵出口阀的关闭速度对瞬变过程的影响以及有可能伴随产生“水柱分离及其再弥合”的作用,因此计算方法比较全面,计算速度快,精度较高。本文研究的计算方法及计算程序,亦可用于机电排灌泵站,城市给排水系统及抽水蓄能电站的水力瞬态过渡过程的计算。
This paper presents a numerical calculation method for the transient process of hydraulic transient in the circulating water system of thermal power plant, and calculates and analyzes the typical project on TQ-16 electronic computer. Based on the characteristic line method, the whole characteristic curves of WH and WB-x pumps are introduced, and the convergence process is accelerated by the Newton-Laifushe iteration. In the calculation, the influence of pipeline friction and the closing speed of the outlet valve of the pump on the transient process is considered, and the effect of “water column separation and its reconsolidation” may be accompanied. Therefore, the calculation method is relatively comprehensive, the calculation speed is high, and the accuracy is high. The calculation method and calculation program studied in this paper can also be used to calculate the transient process of hydraulic transients in electromechanical drainage and irrigation pumping station, urban water supply and drainage system and pumped storage power station.
