听课是教学常规的手段之一,也是教学研究的有效手段之一,任何教师的成长都离不开参加各种形式的教学观摩和研究,特别是青年教师的成长更离不开听课这一形式。然而,由于种种原因,听课在很大程度上却成为学校考核教师的一种手段,这就使听课无形中成了多数老师的心理负担。实际上,听课的主要作用在于研究课堂教学活动,听课是教师自我专业发展的重要手段之一,它有助于教师从经验型思考上升到理性思考。日益综合化的新课程要求听课这一传统研究活动具有新变化。一、听课应由“平面型”变为“立体型”过去,教师大多数时候是靠一个人的力量来解决课堂
