当前的医院正处在机制转换和医疗改革过程中,要进一步对医院思想政治工作加强,使思想政治工作的作用充分发挥,及时地解决我国医疗单位以及医院的各项工作中出现的各种新情况、新问题,并且要把这些问题当做迫切的任务来做。文化建设和思想政治工作是两种在医疗机构中共存的意识形态,两者相互渗透、依存,但是在运作方式和内涵上又有着各自的特点。但是在具体的实践中,人们往往会忽略了它们的区别。本文就这种混淆的观点进行澄清,并且结合本人从事这项工作的多年经验,辩证地分析两者之间的关系,以及思想政治工作在医院的文化建设管理中发挥的重要作用,为医院思想政治工作以及文化建设活动的积极开展提供更加有效的方法。
