本文提出用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定聚丙烯腈中微量铝的方法。样品用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶解后直接注入石墨管原子化器中,以标准加入法进行测定,对高聚物试样体系的 HGA 参数选择、基体干扰以及影响测量精度的因素等问题作了考察。对铝含量6—10ppm 左右的样品,六次重复溶样测定的相对标准偏差约±5%。两个典型样品的测定结果与试样灰化后的石墨炉原子吸收法和分光光度法所得的结果一致,但本法较灰化一测定法简便、快速。
This paper presents a method for the determination of trace aluminum in polyacrylonitrile by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The sample was dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) and directly injected into the graphite tube atomizer. The standard addition method was used to determine the HGA parameters of the polymer sample system, matrix interference and the factors affecting the measurement accuracy Made a study. For samples with an aluminum content of 6-10 ppm, the relative standard deviation of the six replicate samples was about ± 5%. The results of two typical samples are consistent with those obtained by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometry after ashing. However, this method is simpler and faster than the ashing method.
