苏联解体后,俄罗斯在各种国际展览中,允分展示了它在航空航天技术和高技术兵器的现状和前景。其军工企业迫不及待地要摆脱封闭状态叫经济困境,加速挤进国际市场。 在1992年8月的莫斯科国际航空展览中,莫斯科GOS NPO Altair研究发展公司生产的Shtil、Rif和Klinob导弹首次亮相并直接列为出口产品,俄罗斯官方还公布了以上各类导弹的技术数据。俄罗斯八十年代最新导弹的投入市场,引起了国际上的曾遍关注。
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia showed its status and prospects in aerospace and high-tech weapons in various international exhibitions. The military industry can not wait to get out of the closed economy called economic dilemma and accelerate the squeeze into the international market. At the Moscow International Aviation Exhibition in Moscow in August 1992, the Shtil, Rif and Klinob missiles produced by the Moscow-based NPO Altair Research and Development Company made their debut and were directly listed as export products. Russian officials also released technical data on the above types of missiles. The introduction of the latest Russian missiles into the market in the 1980s has aroused international concern.
