M25、M35系列万向轴于1984年10月通过了铁道部部级鉴定。我段自1977年开始运用东方红<3>型机车以来,该系列万向轴运行基本良好,如果检修、测试方法得当且无其它关联部件的意外故障,该系列万向轴还是比较安全可靠的。下面就沈阳机务段在检修、测试M25、M35系列万向轴过程中发现的有关问题,谈谈体会。 (一)解体、测量、调整、组装过程应注意的几个问题 1.解体过程的注意事项万向轴解体前要注意检查两端平衡块的多少,如发现平衡块太多,接近或超过1/3圆周长时,最好通过静平衡试验检查轴身同轴度尺寸偏差是否太大,也可凭实践经验针对具体情
