本文测定50例银屑病患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),发现两种酶活性均低于正常对照组;血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)值则显著高于对照组;GSH-PX/LPO 比值低于对照组;其中25例患者经给予抗氧化剂维生素 C、E 及联苯双酯治疗后。取得不同程度的疗效,而且红细胞 SOD 及血浆 GSH-PX 活性均高于治疗前,LPO 值则明显低于治疗前.本实验结果表明,银屑病时机体抗氧化防御机能紊乱,机体处于氧化应激状态,给予抗氧化剂有助于提高疗效.
In this study, we measured the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and plasma glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in 50 patients with psoriasis and found that the activity of both enzymes was lower than that of the normal control group; plasma lipid peroxides The (LPO) value was significantly higher than the control group; the GSH-PX/LPO ratio was lower than the control group; 25 patients were treated with antioxidant vitamins C, E, and bifendate. Different degrees of efficacy were obtained, and the activity of red blood cell SOD and plasma GSH-PX was higher than before treatment, and the LPO value was significantly lower than before treatment. The results of this experiment showed that the antioxidant defense function of the organism is disordered and the body is in oxidation. In an excitatory state, giving antioxidants helps to improve the therapeutic effect.
