教师要正确认识减负增效,不能简单地认为减轻学生的课业压力,就是减少学生学习的时间以及作业量,要深刻意识到教育中所提出的减负增效是指教师通过提高课堂教学效率,提升学生在课堂上的学习效率。因此,高中数学教师在进行教学时要依据学生的实际情况进行知识的教学与拓展,以提升教学效率。
Teachers must correctly understand burden reduction and efficiency gains. They cannot simply think that alleviating students’ academic pressure is to reduce students’ time and workload. They must be acutely aware that the burden reduction and efficiency increase proposed in education means that teachers improve their classroom teaching efficiency. Students learn efficiency in the classroom. Therefore, high school mathematics teachers should carry out teaching and development of knowledge according to the actual situation of students in order to improve teaching efficiency.
