▲ 1985年12月27日,中朝合资兴建的太平湾电站一号机组投产发电,比原计划提前了一年。水电部副部长、中朝水力发电公司中方理事长张凤祥同志和朝鲜民主主义人民共和国电力工业委员会副主任、中朝水力发电公司朝方理事长李忠成同志为一号机组并网发电剪了彩并参加了隆重的庆祝活动。太平湾电站是一座低水头大流量的河床式电站。坝顶长1185米,电站总装机容量19万千瓦,装机4台,分50周波和60周波两种机组各两台分别向中朝两国送电,多年平均发电量7.7亿度。全部建成后,它将并入东北电网,主要承担调峰任务。目前,职工们正在紧张施工,决心实现1986年二、三号机组和1987年全部建成投产,为扭转东北地区电力紧张局面做出贡献。
▲ December 27, 1985, China-North Korea joint venture Taipingwan Power Station Unit 1 put into operation, one year earlier than originally planned. Deputy Minister of Ministry of Water Resources, Comrade Zhang Fengxiang, Chairman of China and North Korea Hydroelectric Power Company, and Li Zhongcheng, Deputy Director of North Korea Electric Power Industry Commission of DPRK Hydro Power Company, cut the color and participate in the grid-connected power generation of Unit 1 A grand celebration. Taipingwan Power Station is a low-head and high-flow riverbed power plant. The crest of the dam is 1185 meters long, with a total installed capacity of 190,000 kilowatts. It has installed 4 sets of equipment. Each of the two sets of 50-cycle and 60-cycle units sends power to China and the DPRK respectively, with an average generating capacity of 770 million kWh for many years. When all are completed, it will be integrated into the Northeast Power Grid and will mainly undertake the task of peak regulation. At present, the workers are under construction and are determined to realize the complete commissioning of units No. 2 and No. 3 in 1986 and all of them in 1987, so as to make a contribution to reversing the power shortage in the northeast region.
