从不同地区采集并分离到卵孢白僵菌菌株１７个，其中菌株Ｂｅａｕｖｅｒｉａｔｅｎｅｌｌａ２４一１对大黑鳃金龟幼虫的室内致病力高达７３．３％。通过单孢分离、紫外线照射分生孢子和原生质体的诱变方法，获得了比出发菌株Ｂ．ｔｅｎｅｌｌａ２４一１产孢量高２倍以上，毒力提高０．５４～１．７９倍的优良菌株４个。
Seventeen strains of Beauveria bassiana were collected and isolated from different regions. The pathogenicity of strain Beauveriatenella 24-1 to Larvae larvae was 73.3%.
