目的利用北京地区随机人群,抗耶氏肺孢子菌(Pneumocystis jirovecii,Pj)人工合成主要表面糖蛋白(Re-combinant major surface glycoprotein),调查抗Pjr Msg、Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体水平,探讨人群感染Pj情况。方法利用原核表达的Pj r Msg可溶抗原,建立酶联免疫吸附试验,调查266例北京地区随机人群血清抗Pj r Msg Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体的检出情况。结果北京地区266例随机血清,抗Pj r Msg Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体检出率分别为42.5%(113/266),41.7%(111/266)和0(0/266)。其中同期Ig G阳性Ig M阳性、Ig G阳性Ig M阴性、Ig G阴性Ig M阳性和Ig G阴性Ig M阴性的检出率分别为17.3%(46/266)、25.2%(67/266)、24.4%(65/266)和33.1%(88/266)。40~50岁组的抗Pj r Msg Ig M抗体检出率为62.8%(59/94),分别高于20~29岁组的32.9%(28/85)(χ2=15.895,P=0.000)和30~39岁组的27.6%(24/87)(χ2=22.522,P=0.000)。结论北京地区成人抗Pj r Msg Ig G与Ig M抗体阳性率分别为42.5%和41.7%,人群感染Pj后的Ig G或Ig M抗体阳性率高达66.9%,Ig A抗体没有检出以及Ig M抗体在高年龄组中检出率高的原因需要进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the anti-Pjr Msg, Ig G, Ig M and Ig A antibody levels in a randomized population of Beijing against Pneumocystis jirovecii (Pj) artificial synthetic major surface glycoprotein, To investigate the crowd infection Pj situation. Methods Pgr Msg soluble antigen expressed in prokaryotic cells was used to detect the anti-Pjr Msg Ig G, Ig M and Ig A antibodies in 266 cases of random population in Beijing. Results The positive rates of anti-Pjr Msg Ig G, Ig M and Ig A antibodies in 266 cases of sera from Beijing area were 42.5% (113/266), 41.7% (111/266) and 0 (0/266) respectively. The positive rates of Ig G positive Ig M, Ig G positive Ig M, Ig G negative Ig M and Ig G negative Ig M were 17.3% (46/266), 25.2% (67/266) , 24.4% (65/266) and 33.1% (88/266) respectively. The detection rate of anti-Pjr Msg Ig M antibody in the 40-50 age group was 62.8% (59/94), which was higher than that in the 20-29 age group (32.9%, 28/85) (χ2 = 15.895, P = 0.000) And 27.6% (24/87) in the 30-39 age group (χ2 = 22.522, P = 0.000). Conclusions The positive rates of Ig G and Ig M antibodies in adults in Beijing were 42.5% and 41.7%, respectively. The positive rate of Ig G or Ig M antibody in the population was 66.9% after infection with Pj, Ig A antibody was not detected and Ig M The reason why antibodies are detected in high age groups needs further study.
