近年来,随着美国对中小学生学业质量的关注,各学区纷纷采取各种措施改进教学方法,提高教学水平。基准评价作为一种新的评价手段,能够持续地监控教师的课堂教学情况和学生的学习水平,已经成为美国提升中小学生学业质量的重要保障。本文以宾夕法尼亚州为例,主要介绍了基准评价的内涵、目的和实施策略。
In recent years, with the concern of the United States on the academic quality of primary and secondary school students, various school districts have taken various measures to improve teaching methods and improve teaching standards.
