LIFEPAK 6S型监护仪的高压电路,提供一个+9kV的直流电压供给CRT的阳极,另外还提供一个+400V的直流电压供给CRT的栅极。该电路在性能、结构上都较有特点,现作简要介绍。电路的框图见图1,由NE555及外围元件组成振荡电路,输出较高频率的方波信号。此信号控制场效功率Q_2、Q_3激励高频变压器,经升压后,一路经过倍压整流送给CRT的阳极:另一路经CR_8、CR_7、CR_6整流稳定,送给CRT的栅极。由于电路从高压输出端取了一个很小的反馈信号
The high voltage circuit of the LIFEPAK Model 6S provides a + 9kV DC voltage to the anode of the CRT and a + 400V DC voltage to the CRT’s gate. The circuit in the performance, structure are more features, are briefly introduced. Circuit block diagram shown in Figure 1, by the NE555 and external components oscillating circuit, the output of a higher frequency square wave signal. This signal controls the field power Q_2, Q_3 excitation high-frequency transformer, after boosting, all the way through the voltage doubler rectifier to the anode of the CRT: the other by CR_8, CR_7, CR_6 rectification and stability, to the CRT’s gate. Since the circuit takes a small feedback signal from the high voltage output
