以苗期桶栽甘蔗桂糖37号为研究对象,设置正常供水和干旱胁迫环境下施用及不施用1-MCP的4个处理,测定苗期甘蔗叶片保护酶系统相关生理指标.结果表明,在水分正常供应情况下,施用1-MCP一次和二次处理,均能提高POD、SOD、CAT活性,其中POD和SOD活性明显提高,CAT活性变化不明显;干旱胁迫下,与正常供水相比,POD和SOD活性提高,CAT活性降低;同时缺水的甘蔗叶片经1-MCP一、二次处理,均能显著提高POD和SOD活性,而对CAT活性影响较小.施用1-MCP能提高甘蔗叶片抗氧化酶POD和SOD活性,有利于缓解干旱胁迫对植物细胞的伤害.
The seedlings of sugar cane sugar Gui No. 37 as the research object, set the normal water supply and drought stress environment with and without the application of 1-MCP 4 treatments to determine the physiological indicators related to protective enzyme system of sugarcane leaves at seedling stage.The results showed that in the Under the condition of normal water supply, POD, SOD and CAT activities could be increased by 1-MCP treatment both in primary and secondary treatments, POD and SOD activities increased obviously and CAT activity changed insignificantly. Under drought stress, compared with normal water supply, POD and SOD activity increased, while CAT activity decreased. At the same time, water-deficient sugarcane leaves could significantly increase POD and SOD activity and less CAT activity after 1-MCP treatment, POD and SOD activity of leaves antioxidant enzymes, help to alleviate the drought stress on plant cell injury.
