价格管制在各国卫生系统中很常见,其中,对医生劳动进行价格管制是中国卫生系统相对特有的现象,这种对整个系统中最为关键的生产要素进行价格管制的手段,产生了一系列不利的后果:价格信号作用被干扰,医疗机构过度依赖药品销售,医生行为异化,医患代理关系破坏,进而导致医患关系处于高度紧张状态。我国卫生系统痼疾很深,医生劳动价格受到管制是最重要的源头,去除医生劳动价格管制制度是这个系统重获健康发展绕不开的选择。
Price regulation is common in health systems in various countries. Among them, price control of doctors’ work is a relatively peculiar phenomenon in China’s health system. This means of price control over the most crucial factor of production in the whole system has produced a series of unfavorable Consequences: The role of price signals is disrupted. Medical institutions are overly dependent on drug sales, alienation of doctor behaviors and destruction of the relationship between doctors and patients. As a result, the doctor-patient relationship is at a high level of tension. The chronic illness of our health system is very deep and the control over the labor prices of doctors is the most important source. Removing the labor price control system of doctors is an indispensable option for the system to regain its healthy development.
