稻谷为我国人民的主粮之一,粮食加工厂中接触稻谷尘的人数颇多。谷物粉尘是一种混合性粉尘,成份很复杂,因此,谷尘对人体的影响也是比较复杂的。为了进一步了解上海地区谷尘对粮工机体的影响,对上海市的四所粮食加工厂及工人进行了初步的职业卫生调查。 一、材料及方法 对上海市四所粮食加工厂的349名工人进行了职业卫生调查,并选择食品厂及针织厂无粉尘接触部门的工人为对照组,调查内容包括 Rice is one of the staple foods for our people, and there are quite a number of people who come in contact with rice dust in food processing plants.
