新的课程改革理念下,要求改变师生的关系充分发挥两个作用。一是学生的主体作用,二是教师的主导作用。本文着重谈一下教师的主导作用,其具体表现了对学生启发性思维的培养。我国古代《学记》对启发式教学作了深刻而精辟的阐述,即为“导而弗牵,强而弗抑,开而弗达。”就是说,要引导学生而不能牵着学生走,要鼓励学生而不要抑制学生的积极性,要启发学生的思维而不要代替。教师要想很好地运用启发式教学必须重视以下几个问题。
