3月17日,全国口岸管理 工作会议在江西南昌召开,全国各省、市口岸委办、各查验部门及国务院有关部门的代表140多人参加了会议,其中有广州、深圳、上海和大连动植物检疫局的代表。会议由国家口岸办公室副主任胡祖宏主持,国家口岸办公室负责人叶剑宣读了李岚清副总理给大会写来的信,并向大会做了口岸工作报告,会议还进行了分组讨论。 李岚清副总理在信中指出:“口岸工作搞好了,对推动国民经济发展,促进改革开放,提高社会主义中国在国际上的地位具有十分重要的意义。”他
