一、加快发展龙岗大工业区是市委市政府有远见的决策 早在1994年,在深圳经济高速发展的同时,市委、市政府领导就考虑到了深圳市经济发展的后劲问题,看到了龙岗大工业区所特有的区位优势,提出了开发大工业区的构想。同年7月,市政府正式批准开发龙岗大工业区。龙岗大工业区成立后;厉有为书记和李德成副市长先后担任了工业区筹建领导小组组长。1995年1月,市政府第一百次常务会议通过了《深圳市龙岗大工业区管理规定》。1996年4月,厉有为书记在平湖调研时指
