一台尿素生产用的配套高压设备——液氨预热器。设备管程工作压力为220公斤力/厘米~2,壳程工作压力为13公斤力/厘米~2;工作温度管程为120~180℃,壳程为191℃;工作介质管程为液氨,壳程为蒸汽;壳体材料为8毫米的16MnR普通低合金容器用钢,列管为φ25×5毫米的高压无缝钢管,管板、管箱材料为20MnMo调质锻钢。焊接结构如图所示。 1.焊接工艺试验根据JB755—73锻件标准,20MnMo锻钢与16MnR焊接是没有问题的,因此在工艺试验中没有采取更多的工艺措施。 20MnMo粗加工胚料为50毫米,加工成14毫米。然后把16MnR加工成小铁研试样(Y型),试验的焊接电流150~170安,焊接速度150毫米/分,装配间隙2毫米,采用
