针对Z向钢板探伤不合格的现象,通过低倍、金相、Z向拉伸试验等检验,探讨了缺陷产生的原因。结果表明,钢中氢含量高是导致探伤不合格的主要原因。通过采取措施,提高了探伤合格率。
Aiming at the unqualified test of Z-direction steel plate, the reasons for the defect were discussed through the test of low magnification, metallographic and Z-direction tensile test. The results show that the high hydrogen content in steel is the main reason leading to unqualified testing. By taking measures to improve the pass rate of inspection.
