采用聚酰胺和改性芳香胺复配固化剂制备了自增韧型环氧锚固胶,通过适用期和力学性能测试研究了固化剂、气相白炭黑、水泥、超细石英粉及偶联剂用量对锚固胶性能的影响。结果表明,当m(环氧树脂)∶m(改性芳香胺固化剂)∶m(聚酰胺固化剂)∶m(气相白炭黑)∶m(紫外线吸收剂)∶m(KH-550)∶m(水泥)∶m(超细石英粉)=100∶30∶20∶2∶0.5∶5∶125∶125时,制备的自增韧型环氧锚固胶的综合性能最好。适用期为50 min、劈裂拉伸强度为14 MPa、弯曲强度为57 MPa,呈非碎裂破坏形式,压缩强度为84 MPa,粘接剪切强度为15 MPa,带肋钢筋拉拔强度为20 MPa,完全满足锚固胶的性能要求。
The self-toughening epoxy anchoring glue was prepared by polyamide and modified aromatic amine complex curing agent. The curing agent, fumed silica, cement, ultrafine quartz powder and coupling agent were studied by pot life test and mechanical property test Effect of dosage on the performance of anchoring glue. The results show that when m (epoxy resin): m (modified aromatic amine curing agent): m (polyamide curing agent): m (fumed silica) : M (cement): m (superfine quartz powder) = 100:30:20:2:0.5:5:125:125, the prepared self-toughened epoxy anchoring glue has the best overall performance. The fracture toughness was 57 MPa, the fracture toughness was 84 MPa, the bond shear strength was 15 MPa, the tensile strength of ribbed steel was 20 MPa, fully meet the performance requirements of anchoring glue.
