法规标准国际劳工组织通过《家庭工人体面劳动公约》2011年6月16日,出席国际劳工大会的代表以396票赞成、16票反对和63票弃权的结果,通过了《家庭工人体面劳动公约》。该公约明确规定家庭工人应当享有正常的工作时间、产假、失业保险和年假等权利,以改善全球近1亿家庭工人的工作条件。国际劳工组织
REGULATORY STANDARDS The ILO adopted the Domestic Workers Decent Work Convention. On 16 June 2011, the representatives to the International Labor Conference adopted the “Decent Work Convention for Domestic Workers” as a result of 396 votes in favor, 16 votes against and 63 abstentions. . The convention clearly stipulates that domestic workers should enjoy normal working hours, maternity leave, unemployment insurance and annual leave to improve the working conditions of nearly 100 million domestic workers around the world.
