本文检测了37例囊虫病患者血清中 C_3和循环免疫复合物的水平。结果表明,患者血清中 C_3均值明显低于正常人的测定值(P<0.01),而循环免疫复合物的水平明显增高(P<0.01)。二者呈显著的负相关。提示在人体囊虫病发病过程中,抗原抗体复合物能够激活补体,从而导致补体介导的免疫反应的发生。
In this paper, 37 patients with cysticercosis serum C_3 and circulating immune complex levels. The results showed that the average serum C_3 in patients was significantly lower than that of normal people (P <0.01), while the level of circulating immune complex was significantly increased (P <0.01). The two showed a significant negative correlation. Tip in the pathogenesis of human cysticercosis, antigen-antibody complexes can activate complement, leading to complement-mediated immune response.
