目的:观察黄栌有关提取物、漆黄素、槲皮素对小鼠出血时间的影响;探讨9种黄栌复方提取液对小鼠出血时间的影响。方法:采用37℃恒温水浴法、冰水浴法测定小鼠灌胃黄栌有关提取物、漆黄素及槲皮素后出血时间;并测定小白鼠灌胃各黄栌复方提取液后出血时间。结果:37℃恒温水浴法实验表明:黄栌茎、枝70%乙醇提取物及其水提物、漆黄素均有抗凝血作用,其抗凝血作用与0.1g/kg的阿司匹林相当;冰水浴法实验显示:黄栌茎、枝70%乙醇提取物上柱后所得的95%乙醇洗脱部分(总黄酮)具有抗凝血作用,其作用与0.1g/kg的阿司匹林相当,其抗凝血活性成分是其中的总黄酮,主要是漆黄素。9种黄栌复方提取液对小鼠出血时间的影响:37℃恒温水浴法实验表明复方1、复方2、复方3、复方8、复方9具有抗凝血作用;复方3的高、低剂量及复方2、复方8、复方9的低剂量抗凝血效果与0.1g/kg的阿司匹林相当。结论:黄栌体内抗凝血活性部位是黄栌药材提取物中的总黄酮,主要是漆黄素;9种复方中抗凝血效果最好的是复方3。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of extracts of Astragalus membranaceus, laccase, and quercetin on the time of bleeding in mice; to investigate the effects of 9 kinds of extracts from Astragalus on bleeding time in mice. METHODS: 37 °C constant temperature water bath method, ice water bath method was used to measure the time of bleeding after igloo jaundice related extracts, laccase and quercetin in mice, and the bleeding time after mice fed each jaundice compound extract was measured. RESULTS: The 37°C thermostatic water bath experiment showed that the 70% ethanol extracts of stems and branches of Astragalus membranaceus and its aqueous extracts and lacquer were all anticoagulant, and their anticoagulant effects were comparable to that of 0.1g/kg aspirin; The experiment showed that the 95% ethanol fraction (total flavonoids) eluted from the stem and branch of Scutellaria baicalensis 70% ethanol extract has anticoagulant effect, which is equivalent to 0.1g/kg aspirin, and its anticoagulant active ingredient Is the total flavonoids, mainly lacquer. Effects of 9 kinds of Huangqi compound extracts on the bleeding time of mice: 37°C water bath experiment showed that Compound 1, Compound 2, Compound 3, Compound 8 and Compound 9 have anticoagulant effect; Compound 3 has high and low doses and compound 2. The low-dose anticoagulant effect of Compound 8 and Compound 9 is equivalent to 0.1g/kg aspirin. Conclusion: The anticoagulant active part of Astragalus membranaceus is total flavonoids in the extract of Astragalus membranaceus, mainly laccase. The best anticoagulant effect in 9 kinds of compound is compound 3.
